Our CEFE exercises and energisers are like “notes” on a sheet of music, while the CEFE manual on the other hand is a full score for an orchestra. In our first phase the manual was written and printed. Then we got it as files on our computer. And, nowadays, we are all linked by internet, so we can exchange ideas and experiences in the twinkling of an eye.

The basic CEFE trainer manual was published long ago. Many exercises have changed and even more have been invented – just like music tastes develop over the years. As a network, we have an incredible treasury of experiences, ideas and new developments but barely do we share them with each other. Imagine a source where you:

• Can find suitable CEFE exercises or energisers for the purpose that you need,
• Have access to CEFE modules, training programs and many more documents,
• Can even earn money by contributing your best exercises.

CEFEpedia will be this new instrument.

You will find in it new or adapted CEFE exercises, energisers, modules, programs and useful documents. And it will all depend on YOU.

Wikipedia started in 2001, and it only grew, because so many people contributed to it.

Wikipedia receives between 25,000 and 60,000 page requests per second, depending on time of day.
Well, CEFEpedia does not aim this high, at least for now! But our vision is to establish a best practice, interactive manual for business training and even beyond, that will contribute to disseminating CEFE around the world and enhancing modern, experiential business training.
Compared to Wikipedia, CEFE International does not have any sponsor to cover its administrative burdens. Consequently, the system will be based on commercial terms. This also reflects the BDS (business development services) idea and, more important, it gives you an opportunity at making business.
