Currently, the GTZ-UCBP in collaboration with the Engineering Capacity Building Program (ECBP) have developed a new strategy in consultation with the Ethiopian government to ensure the sustainability of the CEFE training in the country by installing it within the TVET system. As part of this strategy three CEFE TOTs would be conducted to selected TVET teachers from different parts of the country up to end of May 2009. The first one which involved 20 TVET teachers and 6 new staff members of  BCaD-Consulting Management has been accomplished on 16 April 2009.  Two similar training program is to take place one already started on 28 April 2009 and the second starting on 6 May 2009 for another 40 TVET teachers.
