The project aims to strengthen the entrepreneurial and financial competencies of MSME employees. Training measures have been developed and facilitated for 250 MSME employees.

Services Provided

  • Developing and executing a selection procedure for eligible MSMEs in all 14 regions in Namibia as well as developing an integrated training for 250 MSME to improve financial governance (accounting, auditing, risk management, etc.).
  • Strengthening competences of financial service providers through Training Measures and Technical Assistance for FSPs and Information Sessions for FSPs.
  • Financial Product Development and Adaptation (banking, insurance, microfinance products, etc.) for MSMEs in Namibia.
  • Analysing the existing financial products from identified FSPs for MSMEs and advise for adaptation.
